This is a fully onsite opportunity. The position will require 30-40 hours per week during the first month for training and onboarding, then transition to a maximum of 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis. Day to

Day:

Process vendor invoices accurately and on time Perform 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and receiving documentation) prior to payment Ensure all invoices are properly supported, approved, and aligned with company records before release of funds Identify discrepancies and resolve prior to payment Maintain organized and complete AP records with full audit trail Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and timely Apply incoming payments correctly to customer accounts Track outstanding balances and assist with collections follow-up Assist with account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution Maintain documentation in an audit-ready condition Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in AP, AR, bookkeeping, or accounting support Working knowledge of GAAP Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel ERP experience preferred; Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Manufacturing and/or government-contracting experience is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional seeking a flexible part-time role within a highly specialized and innovative manufacturing environment. #
