•25/hr, based on overall work experience About the Role Dowgal LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Accounting & Office Administration professional to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, banking, and general office operations for our licensed Community Association Management (CAM) firm. This is a full-time position supporting a growing HOA management portfolio. Minimum Qualifications Evidence of successfully completed college-level coursework in both Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting Working knowledge of accounting software Strong general office administration skills (scheduling, correspondence, filing, vendor communication, document management) Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an office administration or accounting support role (HOA or property management industry experience a plus, but not required) Familiarity with GL posting, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and vendor ledger management Experience working with ERP-type software (e.g., NetSuite) a plus Responsibilities Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and banking tasks for the company Process accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and check posting Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records Support month-end and year-end financial reporting Handle general office administration: correspondence, scheduling, document organization
