IMMEDIATELY

Responsibilities Manage billing and accounting functions in a fast-paced environment Process invoices, handle payments, and reconcile accounts using billing software and accounting systems Review financial data for discrepancies and generate accurate reports Manage office tasks including filing, mailing, and ordering supplies Support incoming calls, scheduling, and assist with new hire onboarding as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in office administration, construction industry experience a plus Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and office equipment; knowledge of Vista and TCR software is a plus Ability to analyze financial data and resolve billing discrepancies Skills Inventory management Billing software and accounting systems proficiency Invoice processing and payments handling Account reconciliation and financial data analysis Strong communication and organizational skills Why choose Integrity Trade Services?
