Automotive General Accounting Clerk Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a detail oriented General Accounting Clerk. The General Accounting Clerk will work directly with the Office Manager and other office personnel to ensure the accounting office runs smoothly and efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable Invoice processing Data entry Post car deals and Dealer Trades Assist with processing 3 rd party warranty remits and cancellations Process daily bank deposits and credit card batch Conduct regular audits of schedules Assists the accounting department with administrative tasks Will work directly with the Office Manager with a goal of professional and personal development.
