We are urgently hiring detail-focused accounting clerks. Secure immediate contract income and consistent pay by focusing on tasks that ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and sub-ledgers. Your responsibilities

• Assist in auditing financial documents, transaction entries, and coding to ensure compliance with internal controls and generally accepted accounting principles (gaap)
• Perform periodic account reconciliation (e.g., petty cash, bank statements, intercompany accounts), investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Generate basic financial reports from the general ledger to support month-end closing activities
• Manage and organize financial documentation, ensuring records are easily retrievable for audits
• Observe and report on any opportunities to improve efficiency or accuracy in the daily transaction process.
