Job DescriptionJob Description Our Company is seeking a motivated and self-driven full-time Book Keeper with strong problem-solving skills and a minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate will be independent, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate financial records for a low-volume transaction environment. Responsibilities Record and maintain financial transactions accurately Manage invoices and ensure timely processing Track expenses and reconcile bank statements Assist with payroll functions Perform data entry related to financial records Maintain organized, up-to-date bookkeeping records Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues independently Required Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping experience High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective time management and communication abilities Demonstrated motivation and problem-solving capabilities
