Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Woodstock, GA (On-Site) A growing construction-related company in the Woodstock area is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support its expanding operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, improving processes, and supporting leadership with accurate financial reporting and project accounting. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations independently. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting functions Maintain accurate financial records and reporting Support project/job costing and expense tracking Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations Help improve accounting workflows and internal processes Support month-end close and financial reporting activities Coordinate with external CPA partners as needed Maintain accurate tracking of company assets and project-related expenses Qualifications Required Full-charge bookkeeping experience Strong construction accounting and job costing background Experience working in a fast-paced business environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems Preferred Experience with project-based accounting environments Experience improving accounting systems and workflows Understanding of multi-state operations Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation & Work Environment Salary:
