TBD Base hourly pay: $ 20.74 - 22.51 In this role, you will: Processes the reconciliation of various statements, preparing them for payment and/or mailing. Verifies and processes invoices for payment ensuring appropriate approvals and backup information are provided in accordance with company policies and procedures. Verifies and prepares group account, nursing home, and dialysis billing in a timely manner. May perform limited collection activities. Handles cash and/or check deposits in a timely manner. Reconciles bank statements and updates bank book. Reconciles cash clearing account. Accurately enters data into computer system as required. Checks for discrepancies and researches errors to ensure accuracy in a timely manner. Processes monthly recurring and lease payments. Prepares year-end or periodic tax forms as required. Maintains accurate spreadsheets as required. Adheres to confidentiality, safety, compliance, and legal requirements. Maintains consistent and reliable attendance and complies with company guidelines on attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.
All you need is:
High School Diploma or equivalent required or Associate Degree in accounting or related field preferred. Minimum one year experience in accounting practices. Experience and proficiency with accounting software, PC computers including word processing and spreadsheets, and 10-key calculators. Strong math, analytical, and data entry skills required. Excellent organizational skills required.
