SpeediShuttle is Hawaii's premier passenger transportation company operating on the islands of Maui, Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island. We have a full time and part time opening for a highly energetic, full of Hoʻokipa personality to join our Ohana as an Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team with data entry and Accounts Payable using QuickBooks.

Key Duties:

• Enter vendor invoices and process A/P in QuickBooks
• Prepare electronic payments and check runs
• Maintain vendor files and records
• Reconcile A/P transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to basic vendor inquiries

Qualifications/Skills:

• 3 years Accounts Payable or data entry experience
• QuickBooks experience required
• Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office
• Competency in MS Office, and accounting software, data entry and word processing skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail, able to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Well organized.
