Part-time Accounting Clerk (106986) A luxury contracting company in Puako is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support its bookkeeping team and ensure smooth financial operations. This in-office role offers 20 hours per week and is ideal for someone with prior accounts payable experience looking to contribute to a high-end, professional environment. Interested? Hours Part-time, Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week, during business hours 8am-5pm Location Waimea, Big Island Pay $25 to $30 an hour, Based on Experience Responsibilities Perform general filing duties to maintain organized and easily accessible records Process accounts payable transactions and manage vendor relationships Handle credit card processing and reconciliations Prepare and manage billing for clients and customers Assist bookkeepers with various accounting tasks as assigned Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting department Qualifications 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop version Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
