What You'll Do In this role, you'll help support key finance and operational processes by: Processing vendor invoices accurately and on time Matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents Supporting the receiving process by verifying deliveries and helping resolve discrepancies Maintaining vendor records and assisting with new vendor setup Supporting month-end close activities Keeping financial records and digital filing systems organized Assisting with audit support and documentation requests Entering and maintaining data in the accounting system Performing finance-related administrative and clerical duties Supporting grain receiving and settlement processes as needed Assisting with additional department projects and business needs Why You'll Want to Join Us Laid-back, welcoming atmosphere Collaborative team environment where people support one another Flexible schedule Great bonus structure A stable role with a mix of accounts payable, accounting support, and administrative responsibilities Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across finance and operations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Process-oriented mindset Dependable and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet tools, and other computer software Ability to use standard office equipment such as phones, copiers, and printers Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
