Schedule:

Monday•Friday Responsibilities Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy Provide general administrative support, including document management and data entry Assist with correspondence, filing, and organizing company records Generate internal reports using Excel for financial tracking and analysis Grow into processing payroll for multiple franchise locations (training provided) Learn how to reconcile bank and credit card accounts Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting as skills develop Support various office projects and operational needs as required Requirements Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or administrative support preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work independently Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask Experience with payroll software (e.g., Paycor, QuickBooks, Xero, ADP, etc.) is a plus This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated
