We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable and professional customer communication.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with daily bookkeeping Process accounts payable and accounts receivables Reconcile invoices, statements and account discrepancies Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally Assist with filing, data entry and general office support Communicate with vendors and customers regarding account questions

Qualifications:
