Job Description

The Impact You'll Make As our Part-Time Bookkeeper, you'll manage accounts payable and accurately record sales in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Your work will directly support our ability to serve customers, pay vendors on time, and grow. What You'll Do Accurately enter, categorize, and reconcile vendor bills in QBO to keep accounts payable up to date. Record daily sales transactions from multiple sources. Reconcile sales deposits with bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations. Collaborate with management to provide timely financial summaries and flag any discrepancies. What You'll Bring Proven experience with QuickBooks Online, including accounts payable and sales transaction entry. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines without constant oversight. Comfort with digital tools (e.g., cloud storage, spreadsheets) for organizing and sharing financial data. A proactive mindset—if something looks off, you investigate and resolve it. Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Demonstrated experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in:
QuickBooks Online GolfNow EZSuite Paylocity Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with reporting, spreadsheet analysis, and database management is highly desirable.
