This role will manage the full-cycle AP process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices related to materials, production, and operations. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices Review and verify invoices Ensure accurate coding to general ledger accounts, job costing, and departments Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies promptly Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, and wires) Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments in accordance with company terms Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting Maintain organized digital and physical records in compliance with company policies Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience with ERP/accounting systems (experience with manufacturing systems preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines Benefits Competitive benefits package including PTO, health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, retirement, HSA, EAP, flex spending account and more! #eli
