12 Month Contract with Potential to Extend About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with Polaris to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk in Rigby, Idaho, supporting the Klim and 509 brands within the powersports industry. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing while supporting month-end close and sales tax activities. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced finance team in a growing organization with well-known brands.

What You'll Do:

Process all accounts payable transactions, including check payments and wire transfers, ensuring proper approvals Review and verify vendor information to maintain accurate and compliant records Process invoices and expense reports with correct coding and approvals Manage AP aging reports and assist with cash flow monitoring Assist with month-end close activities related to credit cards, billing, and reconciliations Support monthly sales tax filings and purchase order billing Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner What You Need to

Bring:
