8am-5pm/Mon-Fri Job Summary Orange Cabinetry, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role will work closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and tax payments. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions for our cabinetry business. Responsibilities Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in supplier ledgers, customer ledgers, and general ledger Maintain accurate financial records and bring books to the trial balance stage Perform partial checks of the posting process for accuracy Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Manage invoices, payments, and collections Complete tax forms and assist with tax reporting Enter data, maintain records, and run reports and financial statements Assist with payroll processing in a timely manner Ensure financial documentation is organized and compliant Qualifications / Skills Proven bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and AP/AR principles Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Excel required) Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills High degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred Accounting CPE courses are a plus Pay Based on experience
