Accounting Specialist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a company near Hanover Park, IL with a search for an accounting specialist/accountant. This a temporary to hire role and onsite. They are looking for someone that can support month end close accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries Discrepancy resolution Reconcile bank accounts Month end accruals Maintain fixed assets Reports for month end close Support audits

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of prior experience in an accountant/accounting specialist role centralized around month end close Excellent communication skills Ability to manage deadlines Experience with ERP systems Very comfortable with Microsoft Excel Collaborative in a team environment

Preferred:

Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar preferred Manufacturing industry experience

Pay:

$27-$29/hour

Pay Details:
