Responsibilities for an Accounts Receivable Specialist include but are not limited to:

Order-to-Cash Management:

Serve as the primary touchpoint forplex customer accounts, bridging the gap between order acceptance and invoice readiness to ensure a seamless billing cycle.

Invoice Accuracy & Compliance:

Manage pre-invoice readiness, including special payment terms and partial shipment alignment, while ensuring fullpliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and internal controls.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Credit departments to resolve upstream process gaps and align on delivery and payment timelines.

Manual & ERP Processing:

Support manual invoicing for staggered factory deliveries and utilize

SAP/S4 HANA

to manage non-automatic invoicing processes for high-value equipment orders. Candidates for Accounts Receivable Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), billing operations, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems (S/4HANA preferred) and a strong understanding of how supply chain variability impacts financial workflows.

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills; ability to exercise professional business judgment when engaging with large,plex customer accounts.

Education:

BS/BA Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent professional experience). What's in this Accounts Receivable Specialist position for you?

Pay Details:
