  • Part-time We are currently looking for a Part-Time Accounts Payable/Office Assistant in our Corporate Office in Springfield, Illinois.
This position performs administrative and office support duties for the franchise corporate office. It requires excellent administrative and communication skills, someone who is proactive, self-driven, and is able to effectively prioritize workload. Pay corresponding with level of experience . Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Accounts payable
  • Bookkeeping
  • Filing, data entry and answering the phones.
  • Manage multiple spreadsheets and accurately update data
  • Manage correspondence via phone and email to multiple locations and contacts Other considerations:
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have reliable transportation and/or valid driver's license.
