This Accounts Payable Specialist role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, vendor communication and owning the invoice lifecycle from start to finish. If you're an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist ready to make an immediate impact, we want to hear from you. What's the job? Process non-PO invoices through Esker (required) Audit and post invoices within ERP systems Investigate discrepancies and resolve vendor issues Manage vendor setup and payment requests Execute payment runs and wire transfers Review and process expense reports in Concur Perform account coding and journal entry verification Support year-end close activities and reconciliations Communicate with vendors and internal teams Provide backup support across the A/P function What's needed? Associate degree or equivalent accounting experience 3+ years of Accounts Payable Specialist or accounting experience Hands-on Esker experience required Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Outlook Experience with Concur and SharePoint is a plus Strong data entry accuracy and efficiency Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage high volume What's in it for me?
