$45,000 Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who is highly proficient in QuickBooks and Excel and can step in and contribute quickly. What You'll Do Handle day-to-day accounting functions and financial transactions Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Prepare, review, and reconcile financial information Process accounts payable and/or accounts receivable transactions Assist with month-end accounting activities Research and resolve discrepancies Prepare reports and perform financial data analysis Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis Work extensively in QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records What We're Looking For Strong accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles Advanced or highly proficient QuickBooks skills Strong Excel skills , including working with formulas, spreadsheets, and financial data Experience with reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and hit the ground running Why This Opportunity This is an urgent opening , and we're looking for someone who can quickly step into the role and make an immediate impact.
