Job Description
We are seeking a detail oriented, dependable, and friendly Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time position, perfect for someone who loves numbers, real estate, and is looking to grow within a dynamic company. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Manage and reconcile various financial accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
- Prepare, maintain, and review financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with cash flow management
- Work proficiently in Excel, Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and assist with administrative tasks
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Qualifications
- Passion for numbers, real estate, and a desire to grow within the industry
- Communication skills including ability to explain financial matters to colleagues or clients
- Basic accounting skills with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, & Excel
- QuickBooks
- Willing to help with putting together financial information into presentation format utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Desire to learn new skills and take-on challenges
- Excellent customer service skills; must be courteous, patient, and professional
Time Management :
balancing multiple tasks such as preparing reports, managing invoices, and assisting with annual tax forms Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Property Management experience is a plus
- Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks
- Basic understanding of financial statements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
