JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Associate performs duties related to Payroll, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. This position serves as the primary backup to the Payroll Coordinator. Duties will include helping with bi-weekly payroll processes, helping with weekly processing of accounts payable, maintenance of W-9 vendor information, and unclaimed property.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Professional & Technical Skills Basic computer skills Education Associate Degree in Accounting and/or 5 years' experience in accounting field. License(s) or Certification(s) None Other Skills or Requirements Customer-oriented personality. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience with Kronos/UKG Timekeeping System. Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups) Does not apply
