Bookkeeper - Oak Grove Tax Service Oak Grove Tax Service is seeking a detail‑oriented, reliable Bookkeeper to support our growing client base. We welcome candidates with 1-2 years of bookkeeping or small‑business accounting experience, but we are also open to training a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Responsibilities Bookkeeping tasks — Maintain accurate financial records for small‑business clients QuickBooks management — Enter transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate basic financial reports Client communication — Request documents, clarify questions, and provide updates Payroll support — Assist with payroll setup and processing (training available) Office support — Help with administrative tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times Qualifications Bookkeeping experience preferred (1-2 years), but not required Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Comfortable working with numbers and financial data Good communication and customer‑service skills Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Schedule & Compensation Part‑time, flexible, or year‑round opportunities available Competitive pay based on experience (Starting pay is depending on experience and lots of opportunities for growth) Training provided for motivated candidates Additional Opportunity Candidates interested in expanding their skills may also assist with tax preparation during the busy season.
