Assistant Bookkeeper

Job Overview:

Duties:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Billing customers Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records Reconcile bank and credit card statements Pay bills/invoices

Skills:

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software Willingness to learn Team player attitude but able to work independently Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Detail - oriented with strong organization skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities This is apart-time position offering competitive compensation.
