Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities Accounts Management, compiling and preparing reports, files and documentation.
Job duties and responsibilities specific to department:
Responsible for paying invoices in Banner
Maintaining and reconciling P-Cards and processing payments.
Coordinating the ordering of office supplies and library equipment.
Reviewing and reconciling monthly e-prints, travel requests, rental car reservations, and requisitions.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Requirements Two years of college credit.
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements Three years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts management area. Additional related education and experience may be exchanged for a portion of the requirements.
Ability to work with details, memory for oral and written directions, alertness, initiative, ability to plan and make decisions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Keyboarding, bookkeeping, filing, and microcomputers.
