Job DescriptionJob Description Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk GN Gonzales - Baton Rouge Area GN Gonzales is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented AR/AP Clerk to join our accounting team. This position will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including receivables, payables, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions Manage invoices and post payments accurately Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Assist with vendor statements and vendor payments Support the accounting department with administrative duties Maintain organized and confidential financial files Qualifications Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or bookkeeping preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic accounting knowledge required Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Powersports or dealership experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Reliable and professional work ethic Strong communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with basic computer and accounting systems Employment Type Full-Time Location Baton Rouge Apply Today If you are motivated, organized, and looking to grow with a great team, we encourage you to apply.
