Job Description
Perform routine accounting activities utilizing the company specific accounting program. Ability to work as part of a team and exercise tolerance and consistency when dealing with others. Must be disciplined enough to work tight deadlines. Performs routine accounting activities such as maintenance of: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of accounts and monthly reporting, processing expense reports. Acts as a liaison with other departments to adjust or reconcile financial data. Researches accounts payable/receivable issues and make necessary adjustments and or recommendations to resolve the issues. High school diploma. Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience preferred. Working Hours M-F 8am to 5pm (1 Hour Lunch) This is a fulltime position with benefits. 1 Weeks vacation after 6 months employment 2 weeks vacation after 1 year employment. 10 Paid Holidays 40 Hours sick time after 6 months 401k Benefits available - Medical/Dental/Vision/STD /LTD/Life Insurance/ Supplemental Policies M-F 8 to 5 (1 hour Lunch)
