Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, diligent to accuracy, and a team player. Job tasks and responsibilities but not limited to: Accounts Receivable Processing of sales department invoices to customers, entering information for commission, obtaining sales tax exemption if necessary. Monthly statements of service and attach past due invoice copies Handle telephone calls (questions/inquiries/requests of copies) Accept and process credit card payments Accounts Payable Entering invoices for all Parts department transactions and any various general invoices when required Attach invoice copy to system module Entering credit card receipts of general office staff Reconciliation of general office staff credit card Check payments when necessary and enter information for Fraud protection Additional responsibilities Assist with reconciling of Lennox vendor statements Monthly sales tax computation from systems and monthly report Handle month end intercompany reconciliation and assist with others Filing of check payments Receptionist backup Job Qualifications Accounting classes and 3+ years of accounting experience desired. Accounting degree beneficial.
