Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay:
$40,000-55,000 based on experience About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable accountant to support our accounts receivable and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with financial data, invoices, and accounting software. Responsibilities Process accounts receivable Enter and maintain accurate financial records Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Assist the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage confidential information professionally

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
