This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone with a passion for maintaining precise financial records and streamlining accounting processes. The role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing tools such as Salesforce and Excel to support essential financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry to ensure the integrity of financial records and systems.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and update financial and client-related information.
- Process invoices and oversee billing activities with precision and timeliness.
- Assist in reconciling accounts to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support for accounts payable operations, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and detailed records to support audits and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to enhance processes and improve system efficiency.
- Use Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards in all tasks. Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing financial or client-related data.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and analyze spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and billing processes.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining detailed financial records.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance support role is preferred.
