$60,000-$80,000 base salary + benefits A well-established commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced AR/Tenant Billing Coordinator to join its accounting team in Burlington, MA. This is a fully in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment and brings strong tenant billing and Yardi experience. Position Overview The AR/Tenant Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and preparing accurate, timely tenant billings across a commercial property portfolio. Key Responsibilities As the AR/Tenant Billing Coordinator , you will: Prepare and process monthly rent, CAM, tax, utility, and miscellaneous tenant billings Manage accounts receivable tasks including cash application, aging reports, and collections follow-up Maintain and update tenant records, leases, and billing setups within Yardi Research and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with property management Assist with month-end close and tenant account reconciliations Qualifications Prior experience in tenant billing and accounts receivable, preferably within commercial real estate
