Job Description:
Ovadia Heart Health/IFixHearts is a growing mission-driven healthcare organization focused on preventing heart disease through root-cause medicine, patient education, and innovative care delivery.

We are seeking either:a highly skilled, hands-on Controller ready to operate at a senior strategic level, orAn experienced CFO capable of helping guide and scale a fast-evolving healthcare organization.

This is not a maintain the status quo role.

We are looking for someone who understands both strategy and execution. Someone who can move comfortably between high-level financial planning and getting their sleeves rolled up to solve operational and financial issues in real time.

What Youll Be Responsible ForFinancial projection and cash flow managementBudgeting and financial planningKPI development and reportingRevenue and expense analysisOperational finance supportOversight of accounting processes and controlsWorking closely with leadership on strategic decision-makingImproving financial visibility, accountability, and reporting cadenceHelping support sustainable growth and operational efficiencyThe Ideal CandidateStrong financial and operational acumenExperience in healthcare, direct-pay healthcare, subscription/membership models, or entrepreneurial businesses preferredComfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environmentCalm under pressure and solution-orientedAble to balance strategic thinking with tactical executionStrong communicator who can work cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teamsNo ego, no bureaucracy mindsetQualificationsCPA preferred but not requiredPrior Controller or CFO experience requiredStrong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and operational financeExperience with remote teams and modern cloud-based systemsHealthcare industry experience strongly preferredPosition DetailsFull-time W2 positionCompletely remoteCompetitive compensation based on experience and capabilitiesOpportunity to play a meaningful role in a growing healthcare organization with a powerful missionIf you are looking for a traditional corporate environment, this is probably not the right fit.
