About the Organization This mission-driven nonprofit provides daytime services, housing support, and stability-focused programs for individuals experiencing homelessness in the city. With much of their funding tied to grants and public contracts, accurate financial processing is essential to operations. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle daily AP operations, support vendor communications, and assist with monthly financial close activities. Key Responsibilities Process and code invoices received through the AP inbox. Prepare ACH payments and assist with general ledger reconciliation. Support credit card expense processing. Respond to vendor and internal inquiries. Contribute to month-end close and grant documentation as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (4+ years). 2+ years in accounts payable. Experience with one or more major accounting software. Work Environment Fully on-site, Monday–Friday. Collaborative, service-oriented team dedicated to community impact. Salary $55,000–$65,000, based on experience. EB-1684854299
