Bob Bell Ford Glen Burnie, a high volume, Anne Arundel County Franchise, Car Dealer, seeks an Accounting Deal Processing Clerk for a fast paced, high-volume office.

• Prior Franchise Car Dealer Accounting Office experience required for consideration
• This is a full cycle deal processing clerk position.

The Deal Processing clerk will enter all sold deals into the accounting system, payoff customer trade ins, keep track of incoming titles and lien releases for trades, clean inventory schedules, post reserves, floorplan payoffs and additions and dealer exchange paperwork. The right candidate will be able to learn quickly, have 2 or more years of Car Dealer Accounting Office experience, basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail. There is room for growth and advancement within the office. CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus. Hours are 8-5; Monday through Friday.
