Finance Associate Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Associate to join our team. As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations, processing payable and receivables and invoice tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices by formatting, uploading and getting approvals.
• Process payables and receivables for multiple companies in QuickBooks
• Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple companies
• Monthly analysis of management fees and administration fees.
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
