Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Experience Required)

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role is essential to keeping our business running smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Reconcile bank and credit card statements Process invoices and payments Track expenses and assist with budgeting Prepare financial reports as needed Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Qualifications Proven experience with QuickBooks (required) Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience (2+ years preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Basic understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation Reliable and trustworthy Preferred (but not required) Experience in construction or service-based businesses Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field Why Join Us Steady, consistent hours (35/week) Growing company with opportunity for long-term stability Supportive, team-oriented environment
