Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and organizing supporting documentation.
- Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and monitor outstanding obligations to keep accounts payable current.
- Issue customer invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on open balances to support accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts on a regular basis to identify discrepancies and resolve variances promptly.
- Use QuickBooks to enter, review, and update accounting information with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare routine financial reports and summaries to support visibility into account activity and cash flow.
- Verify transaction details and supporting records to help maintain compliance with internal accounting practices.
- Assist with cleanup or updates to financial data when accounting processes or recordkeeping methods require adjustment.
