Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for timely and accurate payment. Generate customer invoices, credit memos, and statements for goods shipped and services rendered. Manage accounts receivable collections, including contacting customers for overdue payments and resolving discrepancies. Reconcile vendor statements, general ledger accounts, and bank transactions to ensure accuracy. Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile daily cash receipts. Maintain accurate vendor and customer master data in the accounting system. Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable and receivable. Recommended Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel. Solid understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP) and bookkeeping procedures. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in financial data entry and reconciliation. Experience with invoice processing, vendor payments, customer billing, and collections. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced features of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements in AP/AR workflows. Familiarity with manufacturing-specific accounting principles (e.g., job costing, inventory valuation). Experience with automated AP/AR platforms or OCR technology.
