The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Byron Center seeking experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently for payment. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on past-due invoices, and resolve payment issues. Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers. Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable and receivable files and records. Assist with month-end close procedures related to accounts payable and receivable. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
