Caledonia, MI Salary Range:

If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Caledonia seeking experienced Bookkeepers. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection activities. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies. Prepare and submit sales tax returns and other government filings as required. Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel. Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of inventory accounting principles. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
