If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Newaygo region seeking Bookkeepers. Key Responsibilities Manages accounts payable and receivable for manufacturing operations. Reconciles bank statements and general ledger accounts specific to production costs. Processes payroll for factory workers and administrative staff. Prepares financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, with a focus on manufacturing expenses. Maintains accurate inventory records and assists with month-end close procedures related to production. Assists with budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing department expenditures.
