Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our accounting team at our downtown Plymouth office. This is a 100% in-office, part-time position reporting directly to the Controller. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, thrives on accuracy, and is comfortable managing multiple accounting-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes Post and reconcile credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online Assist with commission calculations Support semi-monthly payroll processing Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Provide general support to the accounting team as needed Qualifications Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 2 years experience with QuickBooks Online Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to consistently work the scheduled hours (Mon, Tues, Thurs | 10 AM - 3 PM) HR experience is a plus , but not required What We're Looking For A dependable, proactive team player Someone who takes ownership of their work and values accuracy A professional who can handle confidential information with integrity Why Join Live Unreal Inc.?
