- AR/AP Specialist Title AR/AP Specialist Responsibilities Contacts customers to resolve late and/or non-payment invoices Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts Accomplishes Company's mission by completing related duties as assigned Maintain tax exemptions for exempt customers Issue sales invoices/credit notes Preparation & sending out of monthly statements Apply all receipts from customers Processing of Direct Debit's in a timely manner Cash application Special projects Maintain an up to date aged analysis Minimum Qualifications 2 Year associate degree•concentration in business management•accounting 3-5 years' of direct accounting experience preferred Strong Excel knowledge with ability to learn advanced Excel functionality Comfortable with a changing, fast paced environment High degree of integrity including ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills SAP Concur, Epicor Prophet 21 preferred but not required.
