Accounting Clerk Twins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a leading new and pre-owned automotive dealership. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounting Clerk to join our close-knit dealership team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with numbers, brings a positive attitude every day, and is eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. As a key team player in our smaller office, you will primarily manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while maintaining precise data entry and high organizational standards. Ultimately, the Accounting Clerk's duties are to ensure the company's accounts are kept in a safe and accurate state. Responsibilities Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements Reconcile accounts in a timely manner Daily entry of sales, cost of goods sold and other expense records Reconcile accounts in a timely manner Ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner Provide administrative support to senior management as needed Other duties as assigned by management
Month-End & Year-End Support:
Assis with month end audits and reconciliations, schedule balancing, and financial closing procedures during peak periods
Cross-Training & Team Support:
Collaborate closely with colleagues in a small-office setting and cross-train in other administrative and accounting duties to support overall office operations Education & Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required (Preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience in an accounting position
  • CDK experience is preferred
  • But willing to train the right person!

$18.00
  • $22.
00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
