If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Wayland seeking Bookkeepers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and monitoring collections. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly. Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits. Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
