What you'll handle As an Accounts Payable Assistant (entry level) in Cloquet, MN, you'll help keep our Accounts Payable Team running smoothly and accurately-because clean paperwork makes everything else easier. Key responsibilities

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents before routing to the Accounts Payable Team
• Triage the Accounts Payable inbox and direct emails to the right teammate
• Gather required expense approvals and distribute items to the team
• Scan invoices into the AP system and maintain AP files
• Use solid phone/customer service skills when speaking with brokers and vendors
• Complete other assignments as directed; maintain regular attendance and work safely What you'll bring
