Job Description

Full-Charge Bookkeeper St. Paul, MN | Onsite | $24-$26/hr | Immediate Hire Overview We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper with experience supporting accounting operations in a manufacturing or product-based environment. This role is ideal for someone who has owned full-cycle accounting and is comfortable working closely with operations, inventory, and day-to-day financial activity. Responsibilities Own full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, and general ledger Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Perform all reconciliations (bank, credit card, balance sheet) Prepare journal entries and support month-end/year-end close Maintain financial records and assist with reporting Support inventory tracking, purchasing, and expense management Requirements 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or product-based companies Experience managing AP, AR, and reconciliations independently Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a small team environment Preferred Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics) Exposure to inventory or purchasing processes Strong Excel skills #
