Part-Time Accounting Clerk Part-Time | 30 Hours or Less Per Week We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our hotel team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and learning the day-to-day accounting operations of a hotel. The Accounting Clerk will provide support with routine accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and processing financial transactions. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain accounting and hospitality experience and potentially grow into a full-time opportunity in the future. What You'll Do Enter financial transactions accurately into multiple hotel accounting computer systems. Organize and maintain receipts, invoices, payment records, and other accounting documentation. Process routine bills and customer payments. Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks as needed. Review documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized files and ensure financial records are properly stored. Follow established hotel accounting procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information. Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure accounting-related tasks are completed accurately and on time. Perform any related duties as requested by management. Qualifications What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable and organized. Comfortable working with computers and learning multiple accounting systems. Able to work independently and follow established procedures. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as you become more experienced. Hotel experience is a plus, with Night Audit experience preferred. Candidates with hotel accounting, front desk, or night-audit experience are encouraged to apply.
